Allegedly, this individual got Halo Online ElDewrito 0.5.1.1 working under
wine-staging 2.5 in Arch Linux.

However, after updating from wine-staging 2.5, the same individual reports that
ElDewrito no longer works.

Not major, see bug reporting guidelines. Did you also test it yourself? Please
attach terminal output (with both a working and non-working Wine Staging
version).

Sorry about the incorrect importance rating.

Unfortunately, I am running FreeBSD and cannot downgrade to wine-staging 2.5
myself to try out the supposedly working version. The individual originally
linked also cannot get the game to function again after reverting to the
earlier wine-staging version.

Are you sure that there was no game update between the two tries? Usually a
regression should be fixed by reverting to the last known working version.

Hello folks,

no further activity since long time hence resolving 'abandoned' here.
FYI ElDewrito v0.6 works well with mainline Wine 5.3 (tested in bug 40583).
