When I use the gtk3 theming,then it doesn't work for many programs,for example
cemu and xdelta ui.

Programs can only make use of GTK theming if they use standard controls. If
they roll their own UI we can't do anything about it.

I meant that programs like cemu won't start with gtk theming enabled.

How are you even using GTK theming? It is not enabled in the most recent
wine-staging version.

Yeah, not even in 6.11 which introduced GTK theming (I wonder what this means,
since the option is still greyed out)

It wasn't introduced in 6.11. It's been around in wine-staging since 1.7.49,
and has been most recently disabled since 5.20.
