kernel config

Hi all

When i try to run an app with wine, the initial window takes about 3 minutes to
open, but then runs normally. It does this with all apps that a I have tested.
Im running gentoo, wine git and kernel 2.6.23. I have a funny feeling its a
kernel problem (i complied it myself, and wine worked fine on ubuntu) so ill
attach my kernel config if it will help.

If any tests need doing, ill be glad to run them and post the logs.

Do you have any network drives mounted? Does this happen with apps like notepad
or winemine as well?

Or do yo have any network printers? Don't bother with kernel configs - this
will be up to your distro to figure out.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. No network drives, no network printers. It
doesnt do it with winemine, seems to just be winecfg now... hmmm. I only
attached the kernel config because i did it myself, and thought it may be wrong
XD
