Ghostmouse is a program that can record and replay mouse movements, but when doing that on Wine it doesn't seem to move the mouse to your wanted location or perform any clicks.

Wine 5.7 didn't exists when you reported the issue.

Please don't change version field when testing newer Wine version.

A comment 'issue is still present in wine 5.7' is sufficient.

To add onto the original description, the mouse moves a little bit, but not all the way to the desired location. Also does not perform any clicks.
