With the bug #23906, it's said that it's a problem with the Nvidia driver. I tried with 2 Nvidia drivers, Nvidia 295.59 from Debian Repository and Nvidia 304.51 from Nvidia website. Same result for both results.
It is not an annoying problem. Do you need debug log ?

--- Comment #6 from Berillions berillions@gmail.com 2013-03-17 05:07:57 CDT --- This bug still exists with Wine 1.5.26 but it's possible to avoid the graphical glitch if i set "UseGLSL=disabled" in regedit.

--- Comment #7 from Berillions berillions@gmail.com 2013-03-24 03:56:05 CDT --- I installed the latest Nvidia driver (313.26) present in Debian Experimental repository and this bug disappear. With it, no need to disable UseGLSL too. The bug is still present with Nvidia driver from Wheezy/Sid repository (304.x)
I sent an email to Austin to try these Nvidia driver (he uses Debian) with Bioshock (Bug #25965) but i heven't answer from him.
So, i can confirm that it's an upstream bug.
