Current patch submission process is described here [1]. It does not include
pull requests.

Also, (at least IMHO), gitlab interface plain sucks.

I don't see how could anyone think a Twitter-like design for browsing commits
would be a good idea (for anything other than most trivial and short living
projects).

Nothing to fix, nothing to enhance.
Bugzilla is no place to discuss git interface preference, either.

Bug without a purpose. Triaging: invalid.
