I installed SPSS13 (v17 doesn't work) ... and it runs correctly once, the second time when i try to run it, shows an error dialog.
Then, i try to open throughout the terminal and the dialog say that doen found the PROGRAM.EXE file.

Terminal output? Are you really using wine 1.1.20? If so, upgrade to latest wine (1.1.44).
I'm using the latest version =/
