I used a securom no-cd patch for testing purpose

I don't know if it's the same issue but mine hangs after the screen "PRESS ANY
BUTTON"

on 1.1.6 with and without directx9c

using the no-cd crack.

for me "press any button" is the first menu so it's the same

I believe that this has something to do witn hard drive detection, similar to
PES 2008 problem with saving and loading, but worse this time. After press any
button hard drive is checked so that's why my idea.

It didn't help. it does the same. Have tested 1.0 and 1.10 cracks and no
change. Any news?

Wine Status for PES2009

This is my attachment about wine. The game PES2009 doesn't work, it just hangs
on the "press a button" sign. After pressing a button it should load the menu,
but it doesn't.

Still present on 1.1.26. Is related to "err:ole:CoInitializeEx Attempt to
change threading model of this apartment from multi-threaded to apartment
threaded

registered" or "The app requests more than one back buffer, this can't be
