1.3.37 output from start till main menu is shown

I have upgraded wine from 1.3.18 to 1.3.37, and my Medieval 2: Total War Steam
installation has become considerably slower - the initial loading takes longer
and there are glitches when I am in main menu. Campaign map scrolling is also
laggy while before it was smooth. Rolling back to 1.3.18 solves the problem -
everything works good again.

In the longer term, sysmem and pbo should be separate resource locations.

The demo looks fine to me, but it's not all that clear what the bug report is
about in the first place.

It seems this bug affects more than one application. You may check this game:
