Hello,
The game runs fine but map mouse scrolling doesn't work properly. You can
scroll down and right but you can't up and left. I tried virtual desktop,
different in game settings, DXVK via dgvoodoo2, Proton, Wine-Staging, copying
dinput8 from Windows 7 and set it to native, to no avail. 
Please tell me what logs you'll need and I'll provide them.

The problem is still here with Wine 5.6.

This can be reproduced in the demo version. Start <Tutorial>, <General
controls> from the main menu.
The camera doesn't move to the left and upwards.
