You compile is not correct.
It's an installation from binary packages, so I rather think it *is* correct. Are you confusing me with someone else?
You have not removed ~/.wine directory before trying again!
Well of course I haven't! Do you think I want to discard all the registry settings from my installed applications every time I update to the latest version of Wine?
Wine is alpha software, so this should be expected. Besides that, all you have to do is
$ mv .wine .wine-save $ wineprefixcreate
