--- Comment #5 from Rosanne DiMesio dimesio@earthlink.net --- How is this different from bug 38595? That bug was fixed in 1.7.45, and your logs show you are using 1.7.44, so you obviously need to upgrade Wine.
If you still have problems, ask for help on the forum as you were already instructed to do in bug 38595.
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 38595 ***

--- Comment #8 from Daniel Palos daniel.palos@mail.com --- How can I tell which specific application is actually having problems? There are no errors that provide backtraces now that I compiled and used wine-1.7.45 only an OLE error.
I am still new to unix support and come from a windows background.

--- Comment #9 from Daniel Palos daniel.palos@mail.com --- Here is some info. from the web for your ease and convenience:
OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) is Microsoft's framework for a compound document technology. Briefly, a compound document is something like a display desktop that can contain visual and information objects of all kinds: text, calendars, animations, sound, motion video, 3-D, continually updated news, controls, and so forth. Each desktop object is an independent program entity that can interact with a user and also communicate with other objects on the desktop. Part of Microsoft's ActiveX technologies, OLE takes advantage and is part of a larger, more general concept, the Component Object Model (COM) and its distributed version, DCOM. An OLE object is necessarily also a component (or COM object).

--- Comment #10 from Daniel Palos daniel.palos@mail.com --- It may have to do with the connection to the price server for real-time price updates; but, I have no way to confirm it.

--- Comment #11 from Daniel Palos daniel.palos@mail.com --- Anyway; I am no longer having wine install problems only application initialization and execution problems from an OLE error.
