Backtrace

'Kindle for PC' 1.10.5 install without problems, run too.
When selecting the first of the three books that appear
(apparently by default), Kindle/Wine crashes (log attached).

Clicking on the other books selects, but nothing more.

It's not crashing here. This is probably a duplicate of bug 29045. Do you have
Times New Roman and Courier New installed? If not, install them.

It seems you are right, Rosanne. I had read bug 29045, but it sounded
sufficiently different to submit another report.
