I have updated to wine 1.0-rc1, and my acad2000 not start more... :-(

With holder version of wine, Acad2000 start and run perfectly !

That's not the correct way to start Windows applications. chdir into
the directory with .exe file first.

If that doesn't help please perform a regression test as outlined here:

Invalid. Works from the ACAD2000's directory:
$ cd $HOME/.wine-acad/drive_c/Program\ Files/ACAD2000
$ wine acad.exe

And fails if run that way you did:

$ wine $HOME/.wine-acad/drive_c/Program\ Files/ACAD2000/acad.exe
err:module:import_dll Library ac1st15.dll (which is needed by L"C:\Program
Files\ACAD2000\acad.exe") not found

BTW you can also use:
$ cd ~
$ start acad.exe
