Not showing any windows disks

System: Ubuntu 13.04
Wine versions tested: 1.6, 1.5.24, 1.3.25
KOMPAS-3D versions tested: 13, 14, 13 Home

Every time the same situation - an installer can't determine the space needed
for installation.
It just terminates on this step. It also can't show any windows disks.

Can you point in the site where you downloaded this?

I found this file: http://ascon.net/en/download/kompas/

But authorization or registration is required to download.

I downloaded it from here (Reg form is simple there, but all in russian):
http://home.kompas.ru/download/

You can also download it from the link you mentioned.

Anyway they want you to register.

Somebody test v10 LT from here:

It can be downloaded without registration.

It is even marked as "Platinum" but I have the mentioned problem - can't even
install.

Thanks to it I found that the problem was in the path of installation files
(.msi).
The path contained russian symbols (Though I was sure I've tested also under
"~/")
But this problem is not obvious to solve.
If there is no such bug opened I think this one shouldn't be closed.

The trace is huge, archive is more than 1M.

5. The only "Next" button - "Далее" in russian

Error happens:

PS: 
1. The bug is valid when non-latin symbols are used in the path
2. Other versions of KOMPAS installers now give me this error:

fixme:vbscript:parse_script parser failed around "..."

and installation terminates

Seems to be "Windows-specific" problem. This works:

LANG="ru_RU.UTF8" msiexec /i KOMPAS-3D_LT_V10_SP1.msi
