There is no crash in the attached log.

Have you tried to delete ~/.wine and reinstall Photoshop from scratch?

Works for me.  Reopen if you can reproduce
with a clean .wine following the howto in the appdb
(i.e. using 'winetricks vcrun6 corefonts').
