You should try again to run the software you need in a new wine prefix, you can also clear your standard wine prefix and try again. Please read more at https://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#Wineprefixes
Last but not least wine 1.6 is no longer supported, please upgrade to at least 1.8.2 and if the program does not work try the development version 1.9.9.

BTW the backtrace and the general symptoms (any exe) are suspicious. You might have been infected with Malware. Don't download and execute random things from questionable sites.
