When you try to install IE8rc1 russian, and it comes to the EULA dialog (it
takes quite a while before installation dialog appears, but it appears), it
shows the following:

That's kinda fun and ironic, but I think it's a bug :) All the dump is:

It looks like this is a duplicate of Bug 6661 which has been fixed after the
wine-1.1.13 release.

Please test using the current git tree or using the next wine release (1.1.14).

Compiled wine from git. Yep, now it works. So, marking it as duplicate. But
there are new lines in dump, 11 identical lines:

err:richedit:ReadStyleSheet ReadStyleSheet: skipping optional destination

However, it displays text okay now, with minor glitches: list bullets are shown
as squares.
