Attempting to run Golftopia with an Intel iGPU (Intel Corporation Device
[8086:0a1e] (rev 0b)) causes the game to crash during startup after the initial
loading dialog.

console log from Steam demo

There is a demo on Steam. It seems to crash at a similar point. (Right after
the initial loading dialog.) Although, it seems to get a little further with
D3D init and winedbg doesn't spawn for the crash. We can only see it's seh
message in the console output.
