compiling on a 64 bit system requires having 32 bit lib's. see
http://wiki.winehq.org/WineOn64bit
add --verbose to ./configure and add dependency. If you are using mandrake 10.0
some of the tools may be too old. Also not a blocker because most everybody can
still compile it.
