Go to c:\windows\system32, Ctrl F1 (or Show -> Brief), notice a horizontal scrollbar appear.
Scroll "down" with the mouse wheel. The scroll bar should go right, but nothing happens.
Press PageDown to go to the end of the file list. Scroll "up" using the mouse wheel, notice the scroll bar goes left. But scrolling "down" still does not work..
In Ctrl F2 (showing full file details) there is a vertical scrollbar, and scrolling there using the mouse wheel works fine.
Total Commander 7.50a Ubuntu 9.10

Vertical scrolling with the mouse wheel works in Total Commander, only horizontal scrolling with the mouse wheel (when the vertical scrollbar is missing) is broken.
I assume you noticed something that does not work in Wine, but works in Windows, for Shredder Classic 4. Please create a new bug, and mention the *exact* steps to reproduce the bad behavior (not everybody is familiar with the program).
