sometimes under notepad++ clipboard doesn't updates properly. Old clipboard
data available to post, while system bar shows, that new last data available.
Works after restarting application. Not known when doesn't work. More probably
that it's regression, doesn't noticed that a few monthes ago or later.

found same issue under other applications (e.g. regedit).
So it's rather global wine problem. Workaround: copy smth under wine to get
internal wine copier to right state.

Is this still an issue in current (1.7.35 or newer) wine? If so, please attach
