The following are the relevent lines from my /etc/apt/sources.list

Using synaptic to install the package wine, and forcing version 1.1.10, the following error message is given
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/wine_1.1.10_i386.deb: trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/libwine.so.1.0', which is also in package libwine
The only version of libwine available is 1.0.1. There is no newer version of libwine available.
