Whenever I try opening the help in any Office 2000 application, I only get a new empty window and a lot of errors in console output (see attached file).

Whenever I try opening the help in any Office 2000 application, a heavily blinking Clippy appears at the bottom right side of the screen, the CPU usage goes through the roof and Office stops responding. On the console I can see a lot of these messages:
