matras need to be positition based on characters, like के फे कु फू etc., so
GPOS provides the means to achieve that. Please consider GPOS feature in indic
shaping also. thanks.

I have done the bulk the groundwork here.  Now I have to implement GPOS formats
and tweak things so they are completely correct.

I believe that with the MarkToBase format most of the Matras should be
positioned correctly.

Try retesting.
