The application is called as wine "c:\Legacy\Legacy.exe"

The splash screen comes up and an an exception error pops up:

[e-mail]

Error 458: Variable uses an Automation type not supported in Visual Basic
Would you like to TRY IT AGAIN?

The terminal shows many FixMe errors.
