I usually launch .exe files from gnome gui (right click launch with wine) but
ehre is the terminal output after running: wine
'/ntfsdisk/NeverwinterNights/NWN/game.exe' > nwnwinelog.txt

It worked properly in 1.7.15.

Rolling back to 1.7.15 makes the game work again.

There are already almost 30 different wine versions after you made this report.
Could you retest with more recent wine? 1.7.42 is currently the latest.

Tried now again with 1.7.42 and it works fine again. Thanks and sorry for
almost-abandon.
