Last character mostly cut off

I'm using the last versions of Wine (2.1) and MLO
(https://www.mylifeorganized.net/), and wanted to report that most strings
rendered in the default font (see screenshot) have the last (half of) character
truncated.

Saw this with Wine 1.8 too, so it's not a regression.

At a second look, I've noticed that spaces between words are also eaten up,
e.g. "HidethebranchinTodo".

I don't think I saw this with Wine 1.8.

Did you install any fonts to use with wine specifically? In other words does it
work better with clean prefix? Also try to disable smoothing to see if it helps
(I think winetricks had a command for that at some point).

The concatenated words problem is gone, but other strings are truncated

Haven't installed any extra fonts explicitly. I've installed Office 2007 and
MLO using their installers, don't know if that brings in the types of fonts
you're referring to?

I've just tried something else that partially solved the problem: change the
DPI setting in winecfg -> Graphics. It was 96 by default (I think). Set it to
104 and the concatenated words problem was solved. There are still truncated
strings though.

Bug is fixed with wine-6.19.
Can an administrator close the bug as FIXED?
