From the last log it looks like it's creating RAW sockets, something only root
is allowed to do. Try giving wine/the .exe the cap to do so before running it:
sudo setcap cap_net_raw+eip jointops.exe
and if that doesn't work
sudo setcap cap_net_raw+eip /usr/bin/wine
