GalCiv2 crash backtrace

This only happens a while into the game. Backtrace attached; no further useful
info on the console. d3dx9_27, 36 and usp10 were overridden. Wine version is
git HEAD of 5/15/10.

Somebody changed the component to directx-d3d; it would be good to know the
reasoning behind that given that the crash happens in ntdll's memory management
- one would think who calls those routines would be immaterial to the fact that
they're being faulty.

The log indicates heap corruption; the real problem is not in ntdll, but more
likely something wined3d-related.
