Hello, regarding the problem of wine while using winbox.exe version of ubuntu
14.04 and mint 17RC in any version of wine, does not fit font and cursor does
not display all the text and different font size changes, example screenshots

That's not a wine version number. Run wine --version.

1.6.2 should be set into version field. And then you should upgrade your wine
1.7.5X or 1.8 series. Your wine is so outdated.

The log from running the application.

I can confirm that this bug is still present in wine-5.14 (using Arch Linux
myself). I attached a log that hopefully gives more insight on the issue.
