Can you retest this bug? I haven't seen a problem like that since a long time

Also, when providing screenshots, please attach them instead of pointing to 
them with the bug URL. The URL should point to the application website, in 
this case www.steampowered.com. The server containing that screenshot is down, 
so no one can see what is going wrong any longer.
