I used wine 1.3.18 => didn't help at all
I applied the newest xinput2 patch (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=33574) to wine 1.3.17 (since the patch isn't compatible with wine 1.3.18) and It didn't matter at all either.
The thing is, I'm running the newest Ubuntu (11.04 beta 2) which uses a very new Xorg, and I wonder if the xinput2 patch is also compatible with this version?
(everything else works perfectly, it's just the **** mouse rotation that makes it SO hard to play the game)
I also tried to play Assassins Creed => same result as ME2 :(
