Trying to start Fallout 2 in wine-1.3.1 fails (1.3.0 is OK). Regression test
shows that 6120d7cc14522983fbc38026ab4fcb6e4a68cdf0 is the first bad commit,
but I couldn't test it - applying a reverted patch to wine-1.3.2 fails.

That's probably a duplicate of bug 23902. There's also an initial patch
attached to that bug that may help.
