Scarface fails to start due to "unhandled page fault". Tested upgrading to
1.00.2 and using a no-CD patch. See attachment for Wine output.

I can't reproduce this bug anymore. The game now starts and can be played with
a no-DVD patch. Without the patch it complains about not finding the disc but
doesn't crash.

Closing bugs fixed in 1.1.22.
