When I open Maxthon 4, it shows a blonk page with:"Missing: sidebar/index.html
Missing: layout:html" and can't be used

I can confirm this issue, winetricks vcrun2008 does not help.

I've simply executed this file and clicked on "run now" buttom.
However the same bug also affects Maxthon 3.

Thanks, I was troubled by the different versions of Maxthon.
Sorry to bother you with one more question: Which language did the installer
show? Chinese or English?

The installer showed italian to me, in fact I clicked on "avvia ora" buttom (in
english "run now"); the installer should use the language of the system on
which it is executed (I'm italian).

I'm using Wine 1.7.10 and this problem is still present.

maxthon 4.4.4 with wine 1.7.37 console output
