the function is still a stub. 
however this should not hinder MS FS working... or does it?

marking as resolved/invalid, since we do not need to track FIXME 
messages (we can just grep for them in the code).

If this is relevant to the fs 2002 not working, please reopen and supply 
debugoutput (--debugmsg +relay) around those lines.
