I can reproduce those glitches with Nvidia 580.95.05 as well.

Started happening after
commit c3f3ef24e8d1ebe49e8073e8e5b11de859951352
win32u: Don't store the window OpenGL drawables on the DCs.

To reproduce in the demo: start the demo with MDK2.exe. Go to the Advanced tab
in the launcher and enable 'Use DirectX for Setting Video Modes' option (the
problem doesn't occur when that option is unchecked!). Click <Test Settings>
for a quick benchmark or <Play MDK> and start a new game.

i find out from gog (heroic game launcher) its works without any issue?
Need to replace some files from game?
