Using current Wine-CVS I have:

wine ../.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Tattoo/Tattoo.exe
fixme:ddraw:Main_DirectDraw_SetCooperativeLevel (0x7ff1d220)->(0x10011c,00000008)
fixme:ddraw:DIB_DirectDrawSurface_Blt dwFlags DDBLT_WAIT and/or DDBLT_ASYNC:
can't handle right now.

And the application shows a popup with memory access violation in it.
