wine-1.7.0-199-g52fb1cc console output (2nd run)

The MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester Agent (MetaTester 5) installs itself as a
system (SYSTEM account) service on Windows XP and starts automatically at boot.
The same application also starts the services manually during its first run.

The main application MetaTester.exe controls all the agents running on a local
machine and each agent is the same application launched again but with specific
command line arguments.

The agents seem to start fine during first run but on subsequent runs the
agents can fail to start.

failed to start: 1053

Once installed the agents attempt to start whenever Wine is launched as would
be expected.

This is hit and miss: sometimes the agents start, sometimes they don't, but
sometimes one can start whereas another does not. No idea why.

On Windows XP when closing the the main application the services continue to
run in the background as a service. Under Wine the services exit. I don't know
if this is intentional or not.

On first run the application calls metatester.exe /autoinstall to add the
services.

Tested with Wine 1.4.1 and the agents start automatically each time Wine is
launched without any errors but the listener ports are not opened on the
network.

Will run a regression test anyway to see if it makes anything more clear.

Both issues appear to be fixed in wine-1.7.11-162-ga1b9634
