It looks like we need to stub out IDirectSoundFXI3DL2Reverb8 in dsdmo.dll.
Copying it from Windows and registering it allows the game to continue further,
though it hangs at safety disclaimer.

Since we still don't have dsdmo.dll as of wine-1.1.29-83-gdad99e2, this is most
likely still a problem.
