Also, please try with Wine 1.8.3 as that is the most recent version of the
stable version of Wine.

Does this also occur if you try Wine 1.9.16?

Thanx, after installing Wine 1.8.3 (--> sudo add-apt-repository
ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa) BUHL TAX2016 worked perfectly with no extra adjustment. 
I also installed the TAX2016 on another Computer with Wine 1.9.16 - working
perfectly !

I just don't understand why the latest stable version isn't the one, in the
Ubuntu Software Center.

Thanks a lot anyway, I marked the status to resolved / fixed this issue.
