If you haven't any problems with application there's no need to report every fixme you see in log.
But there are a few problems with the application. The log I attached is what occurs just when you launch the program and move a mouse around, before clicking on anything.
Please take a look at the log. There you will notice not just fixme's but also err's at the top that I have not been able to figure out. I feel that these items may need to be addressed first before continuing any more troubleshooting (you know how one error could cause others later done the road).

Now you're asking us to tell you what the problems are? We're not omniscient. You need to describe what the application problems are, not what's in the logs. Please read http://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs and try again.

Not what the problems are, but what the logs are pointing too. I myself would like to learn how to understand what the log is trying to say. But there is no replacement for experts. I have been looking at that log for so long now that I can only conclude I am looking in the wrong direction and need to be pointed in the right one. I must admit that if it wasn't for Mr Kegel, I would not be able to event see the Item Window now. (thats the panel on the far right side of the Cabinet Editor screen). All of my previous attempts involved installing ie6_full and upgrading it to 7, copying registry entries and dll's and installing about 8 winetricks. He did more with only 3 winetricks. I was looking at this completely wrong. I myself like to first try to figure out what the problem is, apply some possible corrections (add a winetrick, set a reg setting or event copy a dll or an override) and then press on with it. Only reporting a bug with what I think its a real bug an not something that has already been addressed one way or another.
There are many issues with the program. for starters, the previously mentioned item window, although now visible, is pretty much inoperative. You can click on any of the tabs and nothing will happen except more lines in the terminal log. Plus it is displaying more tabs than it should.
The same thing occurs on the batch cabinet feature.
If you open the Help chm from the menus, it will have broken links to the embedded gif's. If I read the forums correctly, there may be a fix for that shortly. It may also be and issue with the hh program that wine always wants to open even though I set the default program to xchm for file association (which works great).
If you use the panel editor and select the source of "conestoga" then click on the 'Standard" directory, the program should show a bunch of jpg's in the same pane. Nothing happens. And when you close the program, you will get a DAO exception error.
This is all that I have tested so far. It doest not make sense to continue to test when the main functions of the program show such problems.
With my little experience with programming and troubleshooting, I always understood that the first error you get "could" lead to other error while you run the program. So those are the ones you look at first. I just figured that the errors from the log could be the ones that are affecting the item window and other areas further down the line.
In an effort to do more troubleshooting, I intalled gecko-dbg. I received a lot of:
messages boxes on NSGlue_assertion
and
WARNING: Subdocument container has no frame: file /usr/local/src/wine-mozilla/layout/base/nsDocumentViewer.cpp, line 2429 ++DOMWINDOW == 38 (120C0B38) [serial = 40] [outer = 12029210] in the log.
I went to /usr/local/src/ and notice that there is nothing in that directory. I read this as the program is calling a files that does not exist. So the questing is why does it not exits. (to me anyways). I have no idea unless I need to install the firefox winetrick? When I trie to install the winetrick, connection refused. I will try again later unless you think I am looking at this wrong.
Thank you for you efforts, understanding, and patience.
