--- Comment #1 from kle@bluewin.ch --- I can confirm that the PaintShop Pro X7 setup installer (from the original DVD) crashes also on Wine 4.12.1 (under openSUSE 15.1).
The behavior is identical to Wine 4.0.1. More information can be found in the attachment.

Hi Michael, I didn`t test this one, but my guess is, it`s still not functional. See fore example my comment at https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43218#c1
There`s a load of bugreports about Corel, and there are likely several duplicates...
Maybe if I feel like it, I'll try to do some clean up in the Corel bug-reports Regards

Will look into this more detailed when I find the time. For now I can say that it is not possible to reach a point where the installer will start to install something. It crashes before.
And by the way. This here is about the full installer of PaintShop Pro X7 Ultimate from the physical media (DVD) and not the web installer.
