Dump file with msi content also.

Fritz is dumping Gui11.msi update when LookupAccountName stub is accessed.  It
also causes MSI failures to run tables.

I am running Gui11.msi, which allows the update.  The update itself fails with
the aforementioned errors.

current (1.3.9 or newer) wine, and you can provide the needed information,
