[Bug 3538] Origin 7.5's augmented file open dialog closes when you click "Add"

Crash backtrace

Tested against current git (wine-1.1.25-63-g3ab8778)

Fails to even open the "Import Multiple ASCII" dialog box - crashes immediately
upon choosing the "Import Multiple ASCII" option off of the file menu with an
unhandled exception: page fault.  Log attached.
