This just seems to happen periodically. Although during the game I am running
it in a window and I switch between applications and between desktops, but it
appears to happen at any time and not directly after I do anything in
particular.
Basically it appears that the HUD gets offset, and stretched a little. I have
included comparison images:
Look at the top right of the HUD on this screenshot, you can see $2700
displayed.

Notice how the blue screen doesn't make it all the way to the bottom

Just to clarify.
When I say it happens periodically, I do NOT mean that it comes and goes. Once
this HUD problem happens it stays there for good, until the application is
restarted.

Just tested in wine 1.1.33 and the problem seems to persist, although slightly
different.

It now shows a window inside the window, even though I have the "emulate a
virtual desktop" disabled.

Here is how it looks now:

You can clearly see the little window inside the window, in addition to the
same stretching as before. However, now it appears right away instead of after
some time.

This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for 1 year.
Is this still an issue in current (1.3.29 or newer) wine?

Over 6 months since last reminder, 2 years without new messages, resolving
abandoned. If anyone is still able to reproduce feel free to reopen.
