How to reproduce:
1. Make a screen snapshot of a part of your screen and put it into the
clipboard.
2. Change to your open Visio 2010. 
3. Press Ctrl+C
The following message appears:
Quote: "Error (925) during the pasting process. Visio cannot retrieve the
device independent bitmap data from the clipboard."
