so the issue is only on staging branch?

I have tested it both (see screenshot). I cannot confirm it with staging
einher.

i saw your screenshot but even in YOUR screenshot "4.11 staging" looks half
applied but "4.11 development" is fine

Yes, some small issues. But yours is even worse (tabs etc.)

wine devel 4.11

weird i tried wine 4.11 development and it was half applied until i move mouse
on tabs and buttons ...
but i reinstalled staging again and it was fine i guess?
hmmm i'm not sure what's happening
