Summary: Office 2007 uses only one core Product: Wine Version: unspecified Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: P1 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: lcademartiri@gmwgroup.harvard.edu
I am using Crossover Linux 8.0 and I have installed Microsoft Office 2007 - it works like a charm, with the exception of a few quirks. I am running Ubuntu Karmic, with KDE. What I noticed is that office 2007 runs on only one core, making it very slow. I noticed also that Windows Xp instead used to run on both cores. It would greatly improve the experience if the software could use all the computing power
